***We have raised $110 dollars in 15 minutes for Lacy!!! THANK YOU!!!***Lacy is a 6 month old American Bulldog puppy that came into Heard County Animal Control as a stray. She has a wounded back leg and from the looks of it she was caught/tied somewhere, it got embedded, and then she tried to chew herself free. It's awful!
